The signup process is straightforward, and if you currently use QuickBooks Online, you can rest assured that there will be no interruption to your software or data file.

However, if you use other software, a 'migration' process will be required to integrate your existing data into QuickBooks Online. Further details can be found in the FAQ.

1. **Request a Quote** Begin by requesting a quote. Basic information about your business and any current plans you are subscribed to will need to be provided.

2. **Provide Plan and Pricing Information** Submit documentation that shows your current plan and pricing arrangement with your retailer. This step ensures that we can tailor our services to meet your specific needs and arrange a quote. 3. **Review our Offer** We will then generate a personalised offer based on the information you have provided. This offer will be emailed to you for your review.

4. **Price Guarantee** If BizSavers can’t match or beat your current annual pricing for either QuickBooks Online or MYOB, you’ll receive a $50 gift voucher! We are committed to providing you with competitive pricing. 5. **Proceed with Subscribing to BizSavers** Should you choose to proceed with our services, simply complete the Onboarding Application & your recurring payment details for the software subscription. Please note that any monthly payroll fees will be invoiced separately in arrears, and processing fees are additional to the subscription. Existing users will need to invite our profile to their data file so we can manage the subscription on their behalf. Please see further instructions in FAQ.

Once you've completed your information, finalised your recurring payment schedule and added BizSavers to your data file, your first payment will be deducted, and you will be set. This ensures that your subscription remains uninterrupted, and you continue to enjoy our fantastic services without any hassle.

Each year, two (2) weeks before your subscription expires, we’ll send you an updated invoice. This invoice will reflect the retailer’s plan pricing with our discount applied, ensuring you continue to get the best deal. Your direct debit arrangement will be used to pay this invoice one (1) week later, so there’s no need to worry about missed payments.

Additionally, for our payroll services, an invoice will be generated monthly in arrears. Your direct debit details will be securely used for this transaction, keeping everything streamlined and convenient.

With these steps, we strive to ensure that you can focus on enjoying all the benefits BizSavers has to offer without any administrative burdens. If you have any questions, our support team is always here to help!

That is completely fine, and the process to disengage is simple.

We will require you to complete a Notice to Cancel Service. Once completed, processing can take up to seven (7) days, after which we will disengage from your file and return the subscription rights to you.

Please note that any subscriptions paid upfront are directed to the retailer and are non-refundable, so we are unable to provide refunds on these payments.

Any unused payments will be forfeited.

Our Safe Payment Method works via direct debit — once your payment details are securely set up, future invoices are automatically paid using those details.
